Shipping Policy
Toutes les commandes passées avant 13 h sont expédiées le jour même du lundi au vendredi.
Les commandes passées après 13 h sont expédiées dès le lendemain matin de la commande du lundi au jeudi.
Les commandes passées entre le vendredi après 13 h et dimanche minuit sont expédiées dès le lundi matin qui suit.
Delivery is offered in France
The delivery costs for other countries are indicated directly at the time of the order.

Fees, duties and taxes
European Union
Our prices are displayed including all taxes for orders to countries of the European Union. No extra charge will be made.
Countries outside the European Union
For orders to countries outside the European Union, they are subject to taxes and customs duties of the destination country. The costs and formalities are therefore the responsibility of the customer who is responsible for the payment of any government taxes. (We cannot guarantee that the fees will be charged as they are done randomly by the customs).
United Kingdom
Due to Brexit, all UK orders over £135/€150 are now subject to all taxes. The fees and formalities are therefore the responsibility of the customer who is responsible for the payment of any government taxes. They are to be paid to the carrier upon delivery.
Return Policy
Withdrawal period
You have 14 days to return your Carmen & Simone handbag from the date of delivery. We will only take back your handbag if it is in its original condition and packaging. We take care of the shipping costs but the return costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds
For any refund request, please send us an email to bonjour@carmenetsimone.com
The return of the parcel will have to be made by your care:
- The bag must be in its original packaging (packaging intact)
- The bag must be in its original condition
– Le order form must be inside your return package.
Refunds are made within 30 days of shipment and control of the return (this may take more or less time depending on the volume of returns to process).
We take care of the shipping costs but the return costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.
