Nos sacs à main vegan sont confectionnés à partir d’une matière végétale faite à base de déchets de pommes : l’Apple Skin. Matière végétale plus connue sous le nom de « cuir de pommes »,  100% végan, made in Italie. 

Nos sacs à main vegan sont fabriqués à la main dans notre atelier Portugais, situé près de Porto.

Oui. Nos sacs à main sont 100% vegan. L’Apple Skin (cuir de pomme) est une matière végétale faite à base de déchets de pommes donc une alternative au cuir animal. Nous sommes aussi certifié Peta Approved Vegan.

Yes, your bag will be delivered with a protective bag and in a cardboard box.  The cardboard boxes used for shipping are recycled and 100% recyclable. The protective bag is made of GOTS organic cotton and the product description labels are also made of recycled paper.

You are responsible for the return. The package must be returned with everything that was in it when you received it. The bags must be unworn, with their label, and with their protective bag. Please contact customer service to make your return: bonjour@carmenetsimone.com

Yes, it is possible. You just have to return the package and send an email to bonjour@carmenetsimone.com so that the team can send you a voucher for the value of your previous purchase. You can then place a new order with your new choice of product.
